Once a month, you will receive a collective invoice for all your charges.

Consent to data processing

Consent on data processing for commercial purposes

1. I herewith agree that my personal data (name, surname, title, phone number, E-Mail address, postal address, customer ID, charging station used, charging time, roaming partner, ID of mobile device used, amount of electricity charged, rated charging power) may be processed to send me marketing and advertising material via E-Mail and post until cancelled. I also agree that Stadtwerke Uelzen GmbH (mycity) may contact me via phone for advertising, information and surveys.

2. Acceptance of this agreement is no precondition for closing a charging contract with mycity. I may withdraw my consent at any time. To be valid, the withdrawal must be sent to Stadtwerke Uelzen GmbH either via E-Mail at mail@stadtwerke-uelzen.de, via post to Stadtwerke Uelzen GmbH, Im Neuen Felde 105, D-29525 Uelzen or via phone on 0800 58 90 275. Any further processing of your data will be terminated upon receiving your withdrawal if not otherwise determined by legal obligations. A withdrawal does not affect the legitimacy of data processing through this consent prior to withdrawal. 

3. All data will be stored as long as the charging contract between the customer and mycity remains in force. After termination of the contract, the data will be stored as long as required for execution of the contract, claims management or reporting obligations.

4. According to the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) all persons affected by data processing have the right to obtain from the controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning him or her are being processed, and, where that is the case, access to the personal data and the following information: the purposes of the processing; the categories of personal data concerned; the recipients or categories of recipient to whom the personal data have been or will be disclosed, in particular recipients in third countries or international organisations; where possible, the envisaged period for which the personal data will be stored, or, if not possible, the criteria used to determine that period; the existence of the right to request from the controller rectification or erasure of personal data or restriction of processing of personal data concerning the data subject or to object to such processing; the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority; where the personal data are not collected from the data subject, any available information as to their source; the existence of automated decision-making, including profiling, and, at least in those cases, meaningful information about the logic involved, as well as the significance and the envisaged consequences of such processing for the data subject (Art. 15 GDPR). Moreover, these persons have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Art. 77 GDPR). To protect his or her rights, every person affected can contact mycity using the contact details mentioned above.
